Q - Will my financial transaction be private and secure?
A - Absolutely! All financial transactions are made through Paypal and are 100% secure. Through Paypal the Gallery accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You don't even need to sign up for an account (although if you do, it is absolutely free) to pay. Once you click the "buy it now" button you will be taken through Paypal's secure and easy checkout system where you will be able to pay for your purchase online and fill out your shipping address all in two simple steps!
Q - Do you accept other forms of payment?
A - Yes. If you do not want to use Paypal we accept cashier's checks and money orders. Simply send an e-mail to us at bayhorsegallery@mail.com with the item you wish to purchase and your method of payment. We will hold the item for you until the payment is received and then ship it out!
Q - What do you charge for shipping?
A - The gallery charges a standard rate of $7.00 for each order, no matter how big it is or how far it has to go! We securely ship through UPS and send out packages every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Q - Do you charge tax?
A - Tax will be charged to Pennsylvania residents.
Q - I am not 100% satisfied with my purchase. Do you take returns?
A - Yes! We understand that it can be difficult to buy something sight unseen. That is why the gallery offers a 100% refund (shipping not included) of any items that are returned within seven days.
Q - I have some items I would like to sell. Would you list them on your site for me?
A - The gallery is always looking for new equestrian items to list on the website. If you have something you think would be suitable please send an email to bayhorsegallery@mail.com with a description of the item(s) and pictures if you have them.
